Under Customization Steps is the following bullet point:
"Signup page must be accesses at least once, because template files are created on first request. Therefore open signup page in your browser. If you have opened signup page previously, skip this step"

All good if you can get to the user sign up page to begin with. Any time I point to http://routerIP/user/signup/publicID, where routerIP must be replaced with the IP address or host name of the User Manager router and publicID, I am taken to a basic UM user login screen requesting just a user and password.

How do I configure UM to display a sign up link that then directs a new user to a signup page where they can create an account?
