Please help me with such a thing.

I have a Hotspot instalation with 9 hotspots, Usermanager and about 300 users registered.
Users usually get a credit for a month once a month. They also get 1s and +10GB credit when the upload/download limit is reached.
Sometimes operator mess up a little adding the month credit in the middle of the month so users have some credit left in next month.

I want to make all users have 0 credit time left at the end of month before adding credit for next month.
I've tried to write a script but I can't change users credit-left and credit-till-time properties.

And finally my question:
Is there any chance to change credit left property?
