Hello Everyone I hope someone here can help me.

Ok so i am using User Manager V4.16 userman-test. i am able to get my users authenticated and i can create the profile with a bandwidth limitation of 5Mbps download and 5 Mbps Upload i also apply the profile to the user. it seems like i am missing a step because the user can see more speed then what he should but i am trying to limit the speed from the User Manager. does someone know if i have to do something else to get the bandwidth limitation applied ?
