any someone can limit the number of logins on hotspot/usermanager?
this means, user with package 1 hour to log in 1 time while the package 24 hours to login multiple times.

Your english is faulty, but i think i understand what you are saying.
To create a 1h user dat will login one time, limit credit in usermanger to 1hr.

To create users dat will login multiple times may be with validity of one month. in credit menu of UM, write 30d in Time column and limit user uptime to 24hrs in add user menu.
