User Manager Problems

I finally got the Userman to respond. I can log in ad admin without problems. I created a new account and tried to log in and got the response "RADIUS server is not responding" I'm sure I have forgotten something in my configuration somewhere. This is new to me. Can anyone help? Thanks

yes which type of user ur trying to connect ?? (ppp or hotspot)

More Info: The unit is an RB1100. OS4.17. Running Hotspot. I can login with admin, but get the error when trying a different account. If admin works, then shouldn't a different account also work? Thanks in advance for your help

1st configure a radius server on mikrotik, then add it under /tools user-manager router.
After this create a customer under /tools user-manager customer
Then browse to the user-manager web interface and add users.

The reason to why admin works is because it's not a radiilus account, it's a local hotspot account.

Or just read the user manager wiki, it will give you some examples as well.
