Guys,
I need help on how to solve a problem on user time exhaustion.
I generated timecode for users (time: 1h, expire date: 3d) when a customer started using the ticket and left 20m to use other time. When the customer comes back some hours later, he/she will not get any time remaining in the tickect (says: time exhaustion) finished time left in the ticket.
Under Ip-Hotsport-User Profile, idle time is 00:05:00, keepalive timeout is 00:02:00, status refresh is 00:01:00. But still I have problem with my clients' time.
What can be done about it guys?
