any code to get active users?

i can get active sessions but how to get active users?

note: A user can be online with multiple sessions, "start interim stop"!!

What is this? we ask a simple question and there isn't even any answer.. wow..

what is going on in here? isn't this User Manager related section? sometimes our entire work pauses to get answers here..
