RB750 Hotspot Max Users

I have a RB750 set up as a hotspot, and 30 concurrent users are peaking the cpu at 50%. Some users complain that they can't log on.
Can a RB750 handle at least 50 concurrent users or should I go to a faster router, like a RB450?

RB450 is not faster...it's slower!

Thanks Inox,
Which routers are faster than the rb750s?

what kind of setup are you running there? only 50 users shouldn't kill your router. 50% CPU usage is ok, it means that 50% of resources are still free. Only if CPU is at constant 100%, you could get some service quality drops.

Thanks normis, that is exactly what I wanted to find out. I will look at the rest of my network setup for the problem.

Dear normis..
we experience that, if the CPU load reach 30%, then the user will getting problem like cannot get the ip by dhcp or the ip assign by dhcp take about 3~5 minutes..
