This is regarding the user man reporting issue.We are still not able to get the total monthly sales reports as well as the total daily sales reports for all users as generated by different customers.Whenever we generate these reports,the reports being given are not matching with the vouchers created and in use.Kindly assist us on this issue as its getting hard to know the total sales.Can the Reports script in the older version 2.9.27 be integrated in to our current new version 5.7?Its quite interesting that the reports results in the older version is much better compared to these new versions.Please assist us so that we can deliver the best to our clients.(NB:The only problems we experienced in V 2.9.27 was inability to customize the vouchers with our logos which was made possible by upgrading to latest versions).
