Hello Guys,

I am new to this forum, Came here to find the solution a problem which is driving me nuts from past 3 days.
I have a RB1100 which is connected to RB433AH and my Laptop.
RB1100 ether1 -10.40.2.3/24 -----Laptop 10.40.2.4/24
RB1100 ether4- 10.40.2.1/24-----RB 433AH ether3 10.40.2.2/24
I have UserManager 5.11 installed in RB1100 ROS 5.11 and using the Login Authentication in RB433AH ROS 5.11,
I did in RB433AH #radius add service=login address=10.40.2.1 secret=123456, other setting(ports) remained default.
And also in the User AAA use radius and accouting & default Group is set to full.

In the usermanager i created a Customer first login=hemant password=password parent=admin permissions=full
then i added the RB433 Router Name=MikroTik(sys identity of RB433) Owner=hemant ip address=10.40.2.2 shared secret=123456 with all the logs
Then i created a User username=user password=pass owner=hemant

After all that i tried to connect to my RB433ah from RB1100 by telnet with user and pass created on UserManager,Cann't Log into It.
I checked the Radius Stact. in RB433AH it was sent=10 reject=10 some thing like that..

Can any one help me here...I want to Create the user on a Single RB with Usermanager and Then want to use these users to login to other RB's by the Radius there..
Please Any guidance here..??

I think you should assign a profile to user

Tried Assigning the profile to the user. was not working in this scenario also.
The log says authentication failure, user<user> not found in users.

Here it is cody the created user, i tried with creating 2-3 more users,then tried to login in to RB433AH with user account and customer account both were not working. I tried with customer login name to just give it a try, may t will be work,
yes it is also not working with the created users in usermanager i created.
I check the RB433AH Radius statics it was sent=11 and reject=11, i have ping to usermanager router from my RB433AH.

So what now Friend..??

Usermanager : I did that about a minute ago as example for you, and it worked on ROS 5.11 well.

It worked finally, I resetted both the routers and again did the same configuration.
But this time i had same name for the user and customer.
Now trying some users for the read only access.
