third-party ap

Hello,
Can I use user manager for third party ap authentication like tp-link or dlink and how if I can?

no, you can't. only mikrotik devices can be used as the APs. of course, the users can be on any machine (the hotspot and ppp users).

In such case, you can use Access Manager http://accessmanager.in . Their you can all your other APs i.e. tp-link, dlink etc in bridge mode while all other tasks i.e. DHCP, authentication, login page, subscription management will be done via Mikrotik & Access Manager only.
FYI: This is a hosted project, so you don't need to install any extra servers for that. All you need is a Mikrotik router with hotspot package installed & a static IP on it's WAN Interface. An online live demo for Access Manager is also available at http://accessmanager.in/livedemo.php
