Hi there,

one of our client using RB433 with ROS5.8 (i think).
The units is not protected by UPS and this site has frequent power outage.

So, every power outage, all open sessions become unclosed. And the same user can not login when power return with error "no more sessions are allowed for user <username>" as the UM5 believe that the <username> still login.

if we can close unclosed session under UM3 and UM4, how to do the samething on UM5 ?
