can I have a user with 2 hour internet for every day that he/she use it during a day(he/she use 20 min and disconnect , again 60min and ... til that account finish for today) , and for tomorrow same senario and every day.

Yes, you can!

1. Create a simple hotspot (using the wizard), you can find many tutorials on this
2. Create the hotspot user and set the time restrictions for him (for example - 2 hours of activity)
3. Create a script, that resets the counters for the user (or for all hotspot users) - with scripting you can do magic
4. Create a scheduler entry, running the script everyday on midnight .
