I'm using the latest user manager (5.15).
I have two customers, 'admin' and 'manager'. 'Manager' is read only and his access permissions are all of his parent's ('admin') plus 'own users'. (No other 'own' permission is enabled).
The bug occurs when i login as 'manager' and i go to 'Profiles', then I cannot create a new one (which is correct) but I can modify the existing, although that 'manager' is a read only customer. The buttons 'Save profile' and 'Remove profile' are active, which is wrong. Limitations are read only, as they should.
