Well i need to know if i can mark packet to all web pages like youtube, music.com, etc. if whit mikrotik with can not do it, How i can mark packet an priorizites with the last number the page youtube.

and how i can save the download videos from you tube in the memory cache

use the ip ->firewall->mangle facility. There are many options for rules.
then que tree.
You can do this by RouterOS. It will requre studying ROS manual
