If autoupgrade = no then it will not upgrade automaticly.

Please type this in a terminal session just to verify.
system/routerboard/settings/print

That setting will automatically tell the Mikrotik device to upgrade the Routerboard firmware. All you have to do is to reboot the device once the OS has been updated in order for the firmware upgrade to be completed. If you have that set to no, then you have to login, go to routerboard settings, then tell it to upgrade and, when done, reboot the router. So it really only saves you a couple of clicks. It does NOT auto upgrade the OS whenever there is a new release.

Thank you very much, I did not know it.
BUT something upgrades OS automatically when new version is released. How to find it?
My ISP has Mikrotik router ahead my router. Does it be possible that it "pushes" update to me?

No , unless there is some script doing this upgrading ?
Check your device for any scripts.
Anything which you did not place there, needs to be reviewed.

I have found it. None script, but scheduler. There was some forgotten scheduled routine for autoupgrade.
