You should be able to do a RB1100 or a PowerRouter 732 .. www.routerboard.com or www.mikrotikrouter.com

Hi,

I want to go for a Power Router 732,can anybody give the feedback about this product how the performance, upto how many pppoe customers it can handle with an external radius sever running, upto how much bandwidth it can support.

And also what is the cost of the router.

Thanks and Regards,
V Pradeep.

There was already a simliar thread like this. http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=44445

Just purchase an Axiomtek NA-820. Its the same thing as the PowerRouter 732, MikroNOC 2200, MikroCore 7, Roc-Box and other rebranded products.

I provided another user with a distributor in the US who could sell you the system. http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php ... 72#p224272

Despite what anyone says, these boxes are all the same! The only difference between any of the products above is the reseller you purchase it from. You're paying for their support, their varying levels of MikroTik / network expertise…not their own 'secret sauce.' But, don't just take my word for it…

Even if you purchase a PowerRouter from LinkTechs, they're don't seem to be as stable as they claim.
if you want to go cheap, buy a server, and stick software on it. It may work out great for you, if it does, awesome. However, if you want to unbox a product, plug it in, and configure it, just like you would with Cisco, Juniper, plus not have to worry about it if it dies 3 months from now, guess what, but something with the PROVEN track record.

Common denominator…the OS. They're no more stable the OS that runs them, RouterOS.

Also, a bit odd these people are asking for community support instead receiving support from their vendor…
