Hi , all example seen in this foro used static ip address on wan interface, here in venezuela for example , ips assignment on wan is done through a dhcp server on that wan. so in wich manner its posible execute a proper load balance over 2 wan if its ip addresses change eventually???

Do the networks that you get DHCP from change? As in, do you always get assigned an address from the same pool in the same network with the same gateway? If so you can apply the PCC example configuration as is. It only refers to gateways and networks, never to specific interface IP addresses.
