I am a virtual ISP (Internet Service Provider), need to add more capability such as have the clients to authenticate at my place and then direct them to the Actual ISP to start browsing.
How do I do this? What equipment do I need? Thanks.

Today I am an Internet Service provider that has nothing in terms of any equipment just a middle man where I sell private label internet service to end user.
I would like to gradually build myself up.
First thing I am thinking of having the end user in case of PPPoE to authinticate at my own office and then direct the traffic to the actual service provider.
Is it possible?

I think that it is not possible because PPPoE authentication is only for one user per machine or pc. If you place a server at your own office then you can do this. PPPoE dialed in Server then provide the Internet to your end users with and without PPPoE authentication.
