Let me know what advantage things Mikrotik RB then Cisco and Juniper
and is that easy to use? am new in RB...

*Much much much lower cost
*Winbox makes it pretty easy to get up and going . You can do pretty intermediate/high level config just using Winbox.
*Very easy to understand the fundamentals if you have good linux networking fundamentals.
*Free OS upgrades
*RouterOS can be run on X86 environments or virtualized environments.

I'm sure there's a whole lot more , but that's it from the top of my head.
