TTL expired in transit

Tue Feb 14, 2017 11:23 am

Hello guys.
Now I'm using MoNowall, ISP give me 1 fiber and 3 public subnet IPs. 1 WAN port connecting.
72.44.192.36/29 is my MoNowall router IP, 72.44.192.48/28 and 74.206.101.16/28 is second and third public subnet IPs. and ISP said 72.44.192.48/28 and 74.206.101.16/28 route by 72.44.192.36. 72.44.192.48 and 74.206.101.16 can using to for NAT.
When config 1:1 NAT, ping and tracert is not cause problem, like snap's 74.206.101.23, but when config port NAT, ping and tracert cause 'TTL expired in transit' , tracert cause routing loop.
So I want to change to RouterOS router like CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+, this router how to config fixed this problem?
TKS.

You have a routing loop, in this case the minimal loop: 2 systems sending the traffic to eachother.
To fix this you must check your network configuration. Swapping equipment is not going to help.

72.44.192.34 and 72.44.192.35 is ISP make for HSRP. 72.44.192.36 is my router IP.

So you are sending traffic to your ISP that your ISP considers to be destined for your network.
This has to be fixed.

Check your static routes and redistributed routes - these are almost always the cause of routing loops.

In my router, just config some static route for forwarding LAN to LAN, not config others like 72.44.192.48/28 and 74.206.101.16/28.
