Https and port forwarding problem (solved)

Sun Nov 14, 2010 5:59 am

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with a rb750G and accessing HTTPS data from the masquerade network.

I have setup a router with several functions port's forwarded, pppoe server, Hotspot & dude. Users are complaining that they are unable to access HTTPS (443) sites from the hotspot network and pppoe network. They get the error website not found. I think it is something to do with my HTTPS (443) dstnat settings for a internal exchange server.
under the general tab =
chain:dstnat,
dst address:Rotors Public IP Address,
protocol: 6 (tcp)
dst port: 443.

Under the action tab
Action: netmap
to addresses: ip of exchange server
to ports 443.

These port forward setting work fine. OS 4.11

What am i doing wrong?
I have setup many other Mikrotik rotors and have no problems but they don't have a dstnat 443 (internal https server)

Kind Regards

Paul

Update: I updated the router OS (nothing changed), So i reconfigured the router form factory default and everything is fine now (same configuration).
