Can we configure using L2TP client on MikroTik router (as L2TP client-initiated tunneling) to establish tunnel with Cisco LNS?

Keep in mind this was during the 3.17 days however we couldnt get MikroTik LAC to Cisco LNS to work. We did however get Cisco LAC to MikroTik LNS going however had all sorts of grief with stuck sessions.
