ospf error

Fri Dec 02, 2011 1:39 pm

hi guys, i have a strange problem on my ospf topology.

i have 3 router connected with 3 different /30 subnets i have activated ospf and i have announced the /30 network plus 1 /24 all router see their neighbors correctly and are full state but every 2 minutes i receive this error:

discarding packet: locally originated
scr address= 172.0.0.249

and

discarding packet: locally originated
scr address= 172.0.0.242

those errors appear in all routerboard with their respectively ip addresses. the network work correctly i only receive this error and i want to understand why. my routeros ver is 5.7 and my ospf interface are all point to point.

Thanks

Do you have simple queue set on the interface where ospf is running?

If you have queues then It is a known problem and error can be ignored. It does not affect operation of OSPF.
