if let say, some of the laptop have the restriction that the guest cannot change they ip address.
how we can make the mikrotik to allow them to go online without required to change the ip address.

i mean the ip pool address is different class or ip range than the pre-fixed ip in the laptop.

You can do this by creating a hotspot on the interface and changing ARP mode of the interface to "proxy-arp". The hotspot will "translate" all addresses, do the DNS proxy etc. You just need to authorize the host (for example - by MAC).
