I need help setting up 4 different VLANs and route them using OSPF.
Vlan 100 = int 5
Vlan 200 = int 4
Vlan 300 = int 3
Vlan 400 = int 2
On the other end, I have
Vlan 100
Vlan 200
on a Cisco router.
Any help would be appreciated!

What do you want to achieve?
Do you want to connect vlans via a (OSPF) routed connection?
Then you could look at VPLS of EoIP tunnels to do that.
