BGP Communities & 32-bits ASN

Thu Mar 29, 2012 4:22 pm

Hello all,

I'm wondering if RouterOS 5.14 supports setting BGP communities XXXX:YYYY with XXXX being a 32-bits value (or a dotted value) ?
I can see that it accepts these BGP extended communities from another BGP speaker (not RouterOS) but I don't know how to set it with Mikrotik products (neither from CLI nor WinBox).

Thanks in advance.

To send 32bit values you need to use extended communities.
You can use route-targets or site-of-origin to send extended community.
