Yes MPLS is an open standard and can be used with any Cisco router that supports LDP - which is just about all MPLS capable Cisco routers.

Ive used mikrotik routers on a multi state carrier mpls network with no issues

Hi, as a lot of vendor said Cisco MPLS was different than Mikrotik MPLS.
i get confused on this, as they claim said, Cisco support multi BGP but Mikrotik no...

what's does it mean?

The other thing is, is the Wireless MPLS setting is not the MPLS as what Routerboard can do???

RouterOS does support multi protocol BGP. It also has compatibility with Cisco.

hi mrz,
after study around, understand that can be different standard of tunnel drive on top of the mpls like vpls is one of it.

now is, can be the RouterOS {Routerboard} setup only mpls to peer with PE router like cisco brand?
