Ok so I have been at this for a bit playing with routes and no luck.

I have a cisco router as my head end. I then want to connect a mikrotik behind the cisco on the lan side pulling a dhcp 192.168.3.x and connect up to my mikrotik vpn server at my office internal range 192.168.0.x. This part is done. VPN is up and I can talk to my mikrotik behind the cisco. I am also using a different ip scheme for my vpn connections 10.0.0x

I then want to be able to talk to other devices that are pulling dhcp addresses from the cisco across the VPN tunnel. This is where I get stuck.
