We have an OSPF network, and we need a PIM router to iptv.
We have the multicast stream, and the router can transmit.
PIM works.
But if any link is broken, PIM routing does not start.
The log messages:
JoinDesired(*.G) = true: upstream neighbor for RP x.x.x.x for group 239.1.1.x: not found.
If I remove the upstream interface, wait, and add it again, PIM routeing work.
I tried more RouterOS version and settings, but not change.

Any ideas?
