2 subnetworks and communication between them

Sun Sep 29, 2013 4:06 pm

Hello
I just configured 2 dhcp servers on 2 ports ether2 (192.168.22.0/24) and ether3 (192.168.33.0/24).
On RB751 :)
I have one problem i can not ping computer form network (192.168.22.0/24) to network (192.168.33.0/24).
I can make ping to only gate from for example 192.168.22.254 to 192.168.33.1. ( but i want to make ping from 192.168.254 -> 192.168.33.1 -> 192.168.33.252)
Can you help me :) ?

There are multiple possible reasons for it. First of all i suggest to check firewall settings on route ROS device.

Check the default gateway setting in your DHCP servers to ensure it is correct. Sounds like you don't have a route back from the end host.
