i have a problem with my users
a user wanted to connect his site via ftp
the connection is established for the first time but , when the user connected to the second time
the FTP hanged on the LIST Command

we tried to enter another site account , it connected for the first time and then hanged , so every new website we try to connect , connects for one time then it hangs on LIST COMMAND

Please give me a solution

please check if firewall is accepting related packets as it seems that data connection is not created for FTP session. that is why list does not work, data transfers also etc.
