Problemas com ativação CHR / Problems with CHR activation

Montei uma CHR instalei o Sistema e tudo funcionou perfeitamente sem nenhum problema após 3 dias de teste optei em comprar uma Licença direto do site mikrotik fui em https://mikrotik.com/client/chr fiz a compra via paypal (pois ja tinha conta la) fiz o pagamento e aguardei ser aprovado, até ai tudo certo porém no

site mostra P10-Perpetual mas quando vou na CHR

gostaria de saber como resolver isso e se eu fiz algo errado qual foi o meu erro pois é a primeira vez que faço essa compra e segui os passos https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ ... RLicensing

On average, would you know how long they take to respond? I sent an email yesterday and am still waiting for a response.

You describe what you did, and the result, but then you immediately jump into "solve this" without describing what your actual PROBLEM is!
The above is correct and it is what you should expect. A p10 license.
The router should be connected to internet and will renew the license as long as you have not assigned it to some other device in your account.
When it is unable to renew the license it will still remain working! Only you cannot upgrade your RouterOS anymore until you fix that.

right, as described the chr appeared on the site I entered and bought the license but it is still trial even after paying the license this is the problem I am having

Except that it is not trial, it is activated until oct/09 and it will renew at sep/09.

so is it normal to keep showing this message that will update??? because this is exactly my doubt, I thought that when I activated the CHR I would be without this information as it is in the RB and CCR is the first time that I use CHR so I have this doubt, if everything is ok then I am calmer because on the chr information site they don't show how they look after the update

Yes, it is normal.
When you have strict firewalling or your router is not on internet, you need to allow https (TCP port 443) connections to license.mikrotik.com (e.g. using an address list).
Then it will renew the license once a month.
This is done to prevent you from re-allocating the same license to many different CHR instances that MikroTik does not know are still active.
With hardware versions like RB and CCR they are not worried about that because the license is sold with the hardware.

I understand it is communicating with the site normally, it's just that at first I didn't see any difference from the trial license to the paid one, that's why I thought it hadn't been activated, as it was the first CHR I'd set up I was worried
so if everything is ok I think some admin can close the topic as resolved!
