my suggestion would be to use KVM instead of XEN as XEN was hit or miss - either it worked and you had few problems, or it never worked.

it never worked I do not know my settings is right or wrong

reinstall completely your router, so you do not have traces of xen left and go for KVM, that is, if your CPU supports cirtualization.
