Tunneling into PPTP

Wed Feb 22, 2017 5:13 pm

i have a Mikrotik that gets a 192.168.1.x IP from a DSL router. I want it to use that IP to tunnel back through PPTP to another Mikrotik in our NOC and get a public IP with PPTP and use that to to offer NATed access to all clients connected via wifi. Does anyone have an example of doing that or can tell me how?

I assume what your asking for is the PPTP configuration on your MT client? Have you got the VPN concentrator already configured and ready to accept the PPTP connection from the MT?

With my windows 10 laptop I can PPTP in just fine from my remote location. I want the whole remote network to use the remote pptp ip though. I can get the MikroTik to dial into the pptp connection too. I just cannot get the MikroTik to mascarade all its dhcp clients on pptp ip rather then the ip it received from dsl modem.
