Hi all. We have done a configuration with mikrotik boards. Everything goes well. Every client access the internet via NAT. The problem we have is to log all the traffic from the single client to the internet. Is it possible ora may we have to configure a linux gateway to log everything ?

Thanks

Are you SURE you really want to log the COMPLETE traffic of your clients (apart from my doubts that this is legal, but I don't know where you're located)?

Or do you "just" want to log which web pages they visit? This could be done via a transparent proxy, proxy logging (to a remote syslog server)...

Best regards,

Maybe it should be enough to log which web pages they visit. The fact is that here in Italy if you are an internet provider or something similar you have to take all the logs. Do you think it is enough the 'proxy logging' ?

thank you
