Just curious why do you need proxy for that, why do you think proxy can do it ?
Proxy is responsible for HTTP and FTP traffic.
RouterOS allows you to filter, limit Limewire protocol, you need to use 'p2p=gnutella', if you wish to set specific restrictions to limewire.
