RB1000 kernel panic

Guys we are in trouble......

RB 1000 can't boot. We tried to do netinstall also but it gives us the below error :

The firmware is older than the latest one. See http://www.routerboard.com/files/rb-2.1 ... 8-2.18.fwf You may wish to consider upgrading it.

Have you installed memory or a CF card on the board? Remove/swap it temporarily.

Have you tried to see what happens when you load the primary boot image (press and hold reset switch on power up) rather than the secondary one which is normally used.

If all else fails, suggest you raise a support call with support@mikrotik.com!

Let us know what you find out.

Thanks Normis.
I got the link direct from the routerboard website. I did notice that the text said 2.18, but the url pointed to 2.19. Didn't think to actually test the link to see if it was correct. Just assumed it was!
