Hi Chupaka, tanks for answer
This is my network structure:
Image

This is my NAT table:

 0   ;;; Squid1
     chain=dstnat action=accept protocol=tcp src-address=192.168.0.254 dst-address=!192.168.0.254
 1   ;;; Transparent Proxy
     chain=dstnat action=redirect to-ports=8000 protocol=tcp dst-port=80
 2   ;;; default configuration
     chain=srcnat action=masquerade out-interface=1-WAN
 3   ;;; masquerade LAN network
     chain=srcnat action=masquerade src-address=192.168.0.0/24
And this is my WebProxy config (ParentProxy):
enabled: yes
src-address: 0.0.0.0
port: 8000
parent-proxy: 192.168.0.254
parent-proxy-port: 3128
cache-administrator: "webmaster"
max-cache-size: none
cache-on-disk: no
max-client-connections: 600
max-server-connections: 600
max-fresh-time: 3d
serialize-connections: no
always-from-cache: no
cache-hit-dscp: 4
cache-drive: system
In the reports only see the IP traffic generator mikrotik as 192.168.0.1
I could tell that I have the settings wrong?
thanks

RouterOS Proxy adds standard 'X-Forwarded-For:' field to all requests to parent server - search the Squid docs for the possibility to use that field

also, you may move Squid to another subnet and directly DST-NAT clients' requests to Squid, without RouterOS Proxy

This may possibly help you. I also used following topology to log all my client web browsing for record and track usage purposes.
