multiple gateways one backhaul routing problem

Sat Dec 26, 2009 7:22 am

I cannot figure this out...it might be real simple but i cannot get it to work. I have attached a simple drawing of my network. I have two dsl lines w 5 useable static ip addresses each. My network is pppoe based with a combination of static and nat. Currently im using a pppoe server and radius on the same routeros pc. Right now when i assign a customer a 192.168.40.*(Nat'ed) everything works fine or when i assign them a 99.*.*.*(public) via pppoe everything works fine. The problem is i want to add the second dsl line to the mix. EXAMPLE

CUST A: 192.168.40.1 ----TRAFFIC GOES THRU DSL LINE 1 ;currently works fine
CUST B: 192.168.50.1 ----TRAFFIC GOES THRU DSL LINE 2 ;cannot get it to work
CUST C: 99.*.*.* ----TRAFFIC GOES THRU DSL LINE 1 (NO NAT) ;currently works fine
CUST D: 70.*.*.* ----TRAFFIC GOES THRU DSL LINE 2 (NO NAT) ;cannot get it to work

I have verified both lines are working on the far end of my backhaul because the computer im using right now
is one of the misc computers in the attached drawing.

I dont know if any of this makes "perfect" sense but i can use any help you can give...Thanks
