how to set simple queue but ignore some dst. port?

for example, i wish to set a simple queue for 192.168.0.2, but i don't want to limit its connection to http port (80), only other port than 80.

). Apply packet marks to all traffic that matches your requirements and make a simply queue hitting on the mark.
