How to use local Internet Gateway when bridging 2 networks

Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:31 pm

I am bridging 2 networks together over an internet connection. The bridging is working great. Both Office1 & Office2 have their own Internet connection. Office1 is the main office. With the bridge running ALL network activity goes to Office1, even internet traffic. Is there a way to get my local Internet traffic to go out my Internet connection instead of going thru the Main office and then out the Main Office's Internet connection? Each MT router has an IP on the Local eth port that is on the house network, but as soon as the Local eth interface is bridged with the eoip interface the Local IP is no longer visible. I tried to set up the gateway at office2 to the MT router Local eth IP but it is hidden unless I remove the bridge, then of course the house network is no longer visible from Office2.

I have been reading the manuals and examples now for weeks and have not found anything to explain how to do this. Anyone have any ideas?

It seems to always happen to me. As soon as I ask for help I figure it out.
I forgot to add the house network subnet to the Firewall Filter rules.
Now it works like expected.
