i have network weth local file server
when i enabel hotspot server in cant acces the file serve or ping it from any user pc
is ther any way to solve this proplem

That would be localnet access. The requests from the localnet to 192.168 1.100 don't (or shouldn't) go through the hotspot. Your ip/netmask on the gateway is 192.168.1.1/24, correct? Also check "/ip dhcp-server network" to see if the netmask is correct.

And I presume the client ips increment. They are not all 192.168.1.101, correct?

i used mikrotkOS as pppoe server 4 yaers ago and evry thig ok all yoser can acces the net and the local file server
i tray to use it as hotspot server user can see login page and login to internet but after enabel the hotspot they cant acces the file server or ping it if i disabel the hotspot server the user can ping any pc in my network and access the file server
my seting is

/ip dhcp-server> pr

i still cant ping any host from any host so i cant access the file server or ping it from any host when i enabel the hotsopt server

What interface is this hotspot on? It looks like ether1. That is normally my wan interface. What interface is your wan connection?

This might not help:

That should be "hotspot-address=192.168.1.1".

EDIT: I see that hotspot-address was changed in a subsequent edit. Best for me if you use
/ip hotspot profile print
