I want to know, how much routes can i add to a PPTP Server Profile ??

For example here you have a route in a profile.

0 name="ex" service=pptp caller-id="" password="xxxxx" profile=default
local-address=10.0.xxx.1 remote-address=10.0.xxx.2
routes="10.150.1.0/24 10.0.103.2 1"

Can ia add more than one ? or only one?

Yes you can.

And, if want to send the route to the pptp client when it is connected?, always using pptp.

pptp does not support route 'pushing' - you should do it manually on the client side
