Ist possible to setup hotspot with help of scripts and dhcp server so that some hotspot username work only with SmartPhones and not with laptops?

Every company has some specific MAC address range. IPhone, HTC... How to force some hotspot users to work only with specific MAC address range?

Any suggestions?

Idea its to offer different prices for internet access from laptop and from smartphone.
