receive a E1 in mikrotik

Fri May 28, 2010 5:44 pm

Hi all....

Can I have a E1 to mikrotik? because the E1 has a WIC-1T interface end point, and we know mikrotik has ethernets port so I did search on the web and I did not see any cable converter or something stuff, so if you have some clues it would be great!!!

Thanks and have a nice day :D

T1 is 24 channels, and E1 is 30 ( I believe so ). You need an E1 interface, not a T1 interface. You cannot interchange them. I believe the only synchronous interfaces that mikrotik supports are FarSync I believe. Look in the manual for synchronous interface support.
