public ip on host

hello, can anybody help me?.....I have 254 public ip and a new client want to have a range of this public ip on his router mikrotik. It is possible that?.

thanks and sorry for my bad sintax and poor inglish.

Yes, it is possible. Reroute specific block to clients router.
