Can we translation (NAT) IPv4 to IPv6 ?

Customer with IPv4/ip private --> Router --> IP v6

like ipv4-private NAT to ipv4-public

:D

There is a new protocol named NAPT-PT Network Address Port Translation + Protocol Translation but I don't know if Mikrotik support this new protocol but you can find a software that can do this. You can find more information in this article:

NAT-PT changed to NAT64
