IP Range Filled

I've got a problem with the entire IP ranged being filled by the Mikrotik Router. We specify the IP range so people can access it, however in this case we need to static IP one of our machines but can't because of the IP conflict caused by the IP range being full.

The screenshot is an IP Scan of the range in question. Selected are private IPs used by us for management of the customer equipment, the rest are generated by the router.

Any ideas on how to fix?? Thanks in advance
