I meanIf you mean use static ips behind the hotspot without the hotspot translating them, you will need to disable the 1:1 NAT. Remove the address-pool entry from "/ip hotspot".
Each user will receive a unique ip. Leave the 1:1 NAT alone and it will translate those ips to the appropriate ips for your localnet. I install dhcp on the interface so I can disable the hotspot and the network will still function.
Try not to make this more than it is. The hotspot is very secure if you leave it almost like it is. You must allow clients through or they can't get past the login page without logging in. That is the point, correct?
